At LABEL PRAMYA, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

1. Shipping Duration

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders.
- Domestic Orders: Delivered within 3-7 business days.
- International Orders: Delivered within 10-15 business days.
*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

2. Shipping Charges

Within India: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1999. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping charge of ₹100 applies.
International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with the tracking number and courier details. You can track your order status on the courier partner’s website.

4. Delay in Delivery

If there is a delay in delivery due to any unforeseen circumstances or natural calamities, we will keep you informed. However, we are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company.
